Kathleen Taylor (Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland) will be in Thurso to outline the Triangle of Care, Carers Rights, the work of the Welfare Commission and give a brief explanation about the difference between Power of Attorney and Guardianship.

This will be an informative and interesting event and one we would recommend to all carers in Caithness looking after someone with dementia or mental health issues.
